1. Appointment Policy

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled service.

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, depending on availability.


2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

No-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.


3. Service Guarantee / Redo Policy

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours.

A complimentary touch-up or adjustment may be offered at our discretion.

No refunds are provided for completed services.


4. Pricing Policy

Prices listed on the website may vary depending on hair length, texture, or added services.

We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice.

All promotional offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined unless stated.


5. Health & Safety Policy

Please inform your stylist/therapist about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before the service.

For safety reasons, we may refuse service if a condition poses a risk.

Children must be supervised at all times inside the salon.


6. Product & Retail Policy

Retail products purchased are non-returnable once opened.

Exchanges may be accepted for unused, unopened products within 7 days with a receipt.


7. Personal Belongings Policy

We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal items brought to the salon. Please keep valuables with you at all times.


8. Hygiene & Cleanliness Policy

We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards.

Tools, equipment, and surfaces are regularly sterilized.

Clients displaying signs of contagious conditions may be refused service for safety.


9. Gift Cards & Package Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

Packages and prepaid services must be used within their validity period.

Lost or expired gift cards cannot be replaced.


10. Photography & Social Media Policy

We may request permission to take photos of your service results for social media or portfolio use.

Your images will only be used with your consent.


11. Conduct Policy

We maintain a positive, respectful environment.

Abusive behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal.
